The piers are initially pushed to bedrock, sufficiently supporting the weight of the structure. Grout is then pumped through the machined, threaded hole in the bracket top plate and into the patented perforated pipe, allowing grout to flow out, filling voids and compacting surrounding soils, securing the pier in place.
