Enhancing Parts Availability and Support at Komatsu Komatsu is making a significant investment in enhancing customer support and infrastructure in the Western United States with the upcoming launch of a 27,000square-foot distribution center in Mesa, Arizona. This new facility aims to boost parts availability in the region, enhance delivery efficiency, and enable dealers and customers to optimize equipment uptime. The center is poised to be operational by the end of this year. “This investment reflects Komatsu’s long-term commitment to strengthening support for our dealers and customers across the Western U.S.,” said Danny Murtagh, Vice President of Parts and Infrastructure. “With expanded distribution capabilities and greater inventory availability positioned closer to our customers, we can respond faster, improve equipment uptime, and deliver a better overall support experience.” For a link, click on this box in our online issue.
