In West Texas, a major independent operator faced the challenge of drilling through a difficult intermediate well section. They turned to the SelectShift downhole adjustable motor, which enabled real-time feedback of the bend setting on the surface and the ability to drill through rough zones from 6000 to 9000 feet.
